Why book directly instead of Airbnb?

Mainly price. Skipping the platform means skipping the service fees & and those add up fast. You also deal directly with us from day one, which means quicker answers and more flexibility on things like early check-in or specific requests. Same properties, same team, better rates.

How does booking on this site actually work?

Pick a property, pick your dates, fill in the booking form, pay. You'll get a confirmation immediately, and from there a sequence of messages before you arrive & location, pre-arrival brief, access code, Wi-Fi details. Everything timed, nothing you need to chase.

Can I enquire before committing?

Yes. Reach out on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we'll sort it before you put money down. If you're close to booking, we can hold a date for a short window.

Is there a physical key?

No keys at all. Every property runs on a smart lock. You get a unique code before you arrive, type it in, and you're in. That's it.

Can I shoot commercial content here?

Yes, with prior written approval and a shoot fee. Personal content is always welcome.

Is it a self check-in system? Or is it an assisted system?

We work on a hybrid model and leave it up to our guests to decide whether they would like to self-check in or they would like our on-ground team to assist them with the same.

What time is check-in?

3:00 PM is standard. If you need it earlier, let us know at least 24 hours ahead & we'll sort it if the property is ready. Subject to availability.

Is parking available?

It depends on the property. Please check the individual property page for the same before making the booking. However most of the properties do have parking available within or near the stay.

What if I need something during the stay?

Call or message the Guest Experience Manager from your pre-arrival message. The team responds quickly & that's the point of having a dedicated on-ground team rather than a remote one.

Can friends visit during the day?

Different properties have different applicable pricing for visitors. Please confirm with us prior to your booking.

What if something gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

Tell us straight away. Damage is charged on a like-for-like replacement basis and deducted from the security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit, the balance is charged separately. Being upfront always goes better than us discovering it after.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

Yes & pets are welcome across all Vyagram properties. Declare your pet at the time of booking so we can prepare the space.

Is housekeeping included every day?

Yes, at every property. You set the timing after check-in & we work around your day, not the other way around.

What time is checkout?

11:00 AM. You'll get a checkout message that morning. Collect your things, turn off the appliances, let the door close behind you & the code expires on its own. You need a late checkout? Ask at least 24 hours before. We'll check if the schedule allows and confirm.

What are the quiet hours?

10:00 PM to 8:00 AM across every property. This includes the event spaces & plan your evenings with that window in mind.

What if more guests show up than I booked for?

Extra guests are charged on the spot. Rates vary by property and are listed in each listing's stay information. If more people show up than declared, the charge applies per person, per night.

Are all properties available year-round?

Yes. Availability shows in real time on each listing.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes you can surely get a GST invoice while making the booking from the website itself. You can just message us with your details on support@vyagram.com.

What's the refund policy for direct bookings?

No refund policy for all bookings made on the website. All payments are final on confirmation. If a genuine emergency comes up, contact us directly & we review those on a case-by-case basis, but we don't guarantee anything upfront.
